Job Description
Receive thorough on-the-job training and real-world experience beyond academic knowledge.
Support in building tour programs and marketing the company’s travel products.
Assist departments during service implementation and development processes.
Accompany assigned tours for practical experience.
Receive hands-on training tailored to specific positions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or department head.

Candidate Requirements
Final-year student majoring in Tourism, English, Business Administration, or related fields.
Passionate about pursuing a career in the tourism industry.
Proactive, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
Good communication skills, clear and pleasant voice, and ability to persuade customers.
Basic knowledge of tourism and geography.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
High sense of responsibility, energetic and dynamic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Candidates with prior experience in the tourism industry are preferred.
Compensation
Income when achieving 100% KPI: 2 – 4 million VND/month.
Income is based on the percentage of KPI completion.
Fixed allowance not dependent on sales.
