Job Description
Join the company’s inbound tourism sales team; you will act as the bridge between international customers and attractive travel services in Vietnam.
Receive requests, consult and support international clients in choosing tours that match their needs, interests, and budget.
Send tour program information and quotations along with travel services to customers.
Develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies for inbound tourism products targeting international clients.
Make calls, send emails, and communicate directly with customers to introduce, consult, and close deals.
Support customers throughout the booking and payment process, answer inquiries, and handle arising issues.
Coordinate with relevant departments to organize tours and ensure the best service quality for customers.
Collaborate with the operations department to handle issues occurring during the tours.
Take care of customers throughout the tour and after the tour ends.
Monitor and update information about the inbound tourism market, new travel trends, and attractive travel products.
Work with partners to seek and develop international customer sources to Vietnam.
Build and maintain relationships with international travel partners and agencies.
Participate in marketing activities and promote the company’s inbound travel products.
Report work results, revenue, and business activities to management.
Candidate Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the tourism industry (applications with unrelated sales experience will not be accepted).
Experience and knowledge of Indochina travel routes is an advantage.
Willing to travel on short business trips.
Enthusiastic, dynamic, and passionate about tourism.
Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving and handling skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Solid basic knowledge of inbound tourism and popular tourist destinations in Vietnam.
Preferred
Graduates from Ho Chi Minh City Open University, University of Culture, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Good communication in English (especially writing and speaking skills).
Experience with travel business software and customer management systems is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Good health.
Income
Income when achieving 100% KPI: 10 – 15 million VND/month.
Income is calculated based on the KPI achievement rate.
Fixed salary: 10 – 15 million VND/month.
Fixed salary is not dependent on sales.
